Our transparent supply chain practices ensure you always know where your produce is and how it reaches your distribution centers. As a family business, we believe in building personal connections and lasting trust, delivering not only the best produce but also a commitment to quality and dedication in every interaction.
    
The result is high-volume, consistent supplies, and product availability all year round. Our food safety programs are based on HACCP principles, designed by the FDA/USDA to ensure the production of safe, fresh fruits and vegetables. These principles include Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
    
Fields and plants are regularly inspected by internationally recognized certification agencies, and the results are available online for customer review.

Stewardship

We minimize the use of pesticides, reuse and recycle, and preserve the sea turtle and bird sanctuaries on Farmer's Best ranches.
    
At the same time, some of the highlights of Farmer’s Best Commitment to Social Responsibility include creating a supportive community for our team and their families, providing stable employment throughout the production season, and implementing programs to accelerate community and employee development, such as family education, daycare centers, nutrition and hygiene programs, and medical and dental assistance.
